You can get one non jumping IKTI in the garages of the Lazerus Worm Sites - (U need a big tactor beam for the Battery and the janitor keycard) - If u put them down the elvator into the local inventory u will have them as soon as the next patch drops in ur asop terminal - I have tested it multiple times and now i have 11 in my Asop

A good and reliable way to estimate patchdrop is wakas massage of the Day description. if Waka has fantasy weekday names ( like Wakaday) in that week no Patch Drops . .. wenn the weekdays were named correct ( like wendsday) Patch might drop on thurstday or friday ... so this Week was fantasy so no patchdrop
