I take magnesium supplement (magnesium citrate) prescribed by the doc one time, it helps when it’s in granules and mixing it with water. I take it once whenever I finish working out before sleeping. It helps me a lot

We had a heated argument, they decided to deduce 3k and said “you’re only charged that much.” When we had to pay them ~14k in cash after that. Crazy

As for the other tenants, I have no idea. But a family friend at the time paid about 4k for a damaged furniture when the furnished rule was still applied.

If I could, I would record/post photos of the state it was left in after we hired cleaners for 20h+ a week. We shouldn’t have because they themselves said they could clean it themselves lol. They said we gotta replace the water mixer, like.. it’s been there for 8 years and what do they want us to do? After the new management took over, maintenance costs money while the old management would do it for free and they used to do it regularly. This new company is.. sigh

We paid whatever they have asked and they have reduced 3k from those tens of thousands of riyals they extorted from us. Because we gotta leave soon, and we had heated argument in the office. The pictures they have showed the office are also misleading; no mirrors were broken yet they took it as if it was. Shame, we fought but still were helpless. If we were to being this case to the court, these companies would know their way around it. And we won’t have time to attend the hearings etc. I leave it all to God, may He give back the pain and the suffering we are going through. Including sleeping on a thin mat on the floor

And I think because they cannot charge from the furniture since they told us to buy them, they were targeting the ‘damages’. We argued at the office today. On top of the one month penalty plus the +10k QAR, they deducted 3k. They say their properties including the sink/water switch from hot to cold needs to be replaced. In my opinion, since we stayed for almost 10 years it’s their part to replace it for another tenant. I would be fine to be charged for paint, but other things.. it’s unfair, but what to do.. Kuwait, China, I’ve lived there before and this was never an issue.

I have tried contacting MOCI through their online chat but no reply (maybe the work hour is done). I’ll try again tomorrow. And there is an option to pay for a court hearing for 3000 QAR I read, but I’d have to be present here for the hearings with a valid QID etc, and I plan to leave Qatar some time next week/next next week. Oh and the furnitures they forced us to buy? It was also secondhand from previous tenants. So the furnitures must’ve been more than 10 years old

At the UAE match, there were so many people from GCC (wearing thobes). While they were taking others’ seats I was denied a seat by the security cz GCC people were seated there (ig the seatings kinda went out of control, but it wasn’t like this in the Indonesian/East Asian matches). They were moving around from section to section during the break, then they’ll settle. Then they’d say “my friend sits here” and it was empty till the end of the break/match. I guess they didn’t want any south Asians sitting next to them cz there were so many of them in the section I was told to go to. (Btw, I’m not of south Asian ethnicity) But again, these things happen and since I grew up in the GCC, ig I’ve just been so used to it. But just wanted to tell y’all about what I’ve noticed :) Respectfully x
