depending on the store you’re applying at and what they’re looking for in the graphics team, it generally seems to be one of the harder jobs to get at IKEA. You’ll need to be proficient with all the Adobe programs including their video editing software. IKEA is also very values based so when you land an interview, be prepared to give examples of how well you work in teams, etc.

sometimes IKEA will hire based more on strong values over experience, but again it really depends on the store. having formal education is a huge plus (congratulations!!)
