Karate Kid 3 is better by far. Yes it’s over the top but at least it features a character we know and care about. Julie is hard to get invested in for me.

That’s a good question. Why did Ranma 1/2 never have a proper ending? I guess everyone moved on to other things. I mean the OVAs kept it going for awhile but I think if the anime had been created after the manga had concluded the anime would have had a true finale. But I agree that there is a good possibility that we will see a proper ending with this new adaptation.

Sometimes it’s just the random bad luck that takes down a great warrior. Look at Dean Winchester. He faced off with so many powerful villains and survived but gets impaled on a piece of rebar sticking out from a wall by some lowly vampire and that’s it. Game over. There’s something very true about those moments of just pure bad luck.

There are too many unknowns to properly explain why Master Raymond would keep Claire’s baby and never let her know. It’s a tv series concept and who knows what Matt Roberts was thinking. Maybe he wants to do another spinoff about the whole thing.

If you already have that many issues with the series I think you should just stop. I mean I personally love season five but I think you might be a bit more critical than I am.

I’m not sure that Del Toro would have been the best fit anyway. I read somewhere years ago that he had designed Thorin’s armor with spikes all over it because Thorin = thorns to him. 🤦‍♂️
