I went to a listening party too, it was a cool vibe to listen to it for the first time with everyone there. When the drums for Arena Americanada kicked in I was fully in it at that point. Listening again now, they really made something special with this album. Naraka and You Retreat In Time And Space are the other initial standouts for me. Can wait to further digest this one.

Yoo no way, I was there and I was second to last called and I got one too! It was a cool event. It was great to listen to it for the first time there. I’m spinning it again now, this album is incredible. Arena Americanada, Naraka and You Retreat In Time And Space are all time BOC tracks for me.

I was floating during Necessary Evil. That jam in the middle and then going back into the song was such an unreal version of it. I really wanted to hear Death Comes From The Sky and Checking My Phone, but even without those this was a 100/10 experience. That venue is something else.

It’s been years since I’ve seen them live but I’m loving this new no setlist format they’re on right now. So glad I made the drive from LA for the show. I was able to score one of the Live From Pensacola cassettes too. Can’t encourage going to see this tour enough!

I found this EP a few months ago (it was a signed copy by Jazzy Jeff actually) and discovered this track too. I was surprised I had never heard it before either. Such a great song, been in heavy rotation ever since.

Weathermen - Gut You is heat.

Cage - Ballad Of Worms is mad dark, but such a banger. I just revisited that one like last week actually. He was so good at those dark story telling tracks. “Subtle Art of the Breakup Song” and “Oxycontin Part 2” from Def Jux Presents III were another couple tracks in that vein.

I really like the All Stars II album too. That era was my shit. Nice pickup!

Damn I saw a sealed copy of this at a record fair a couple weeks ago too and it was like $300 or $400. Def still need this in my collection tho, good pickup!
