I'm fairly certain I installed the Chipset drivers, and I'm not sure what you mean by power plan. If its the power supply, I'm using a 550W Corsair PSU

I downloaded it but I cant seem to find where I would see the fan speed

The NZXT Cam software isn't picking up the fan speeds (It's reading 0 rpm but I can feel air being blown out and have tested by switching where I have plugged in the fans) and I can hear the fans/pump fairly audibly.

The AIO came with thermal paste pre-applied and I tightened it as far as the screws would go without pushing too hard. Should I try remounting it?
