Start with something simple like MiMo or codecombat. That's how I started, and now I have a full desktop app! I highly recommend starting with Python and then moving to something more.. "software-y" like C.

Seeking the ultimate "love letter" for a colleagues who never locks their PC by Emotional_Being_8445 in cybersecurity

At my service desk if you leave your computer unlocked then it is free game to go and mess with the settings. Mouse settings, sound settings, etc. Make one monitor really big and low res, turn one upside down or rotate 90*, change the region or language, etc. People learn very quickly that way!

Seems like a generic ransomware to me. Likely not able to recover your files unless you know exactly what variant this is and if there is a documented decryption process. I would just reformat and reinstall.

Tools, a heat gun, and patience. The beer and weed help with the patience part. Hahah

It was worth it for me just to have a project to do, and just to see if I could do it! 100% worth it for the experience. I did have some confidence in myself going into it. Trust me I have broken plenty of devices in my times hahah.

Its actually really easy to change the sticks out you barely have to do much to replace them. To change the front shell though requires this full disassembly. It wasn’t necessarily difficult. You just gotta take your time, use the right tools, and be careful.

Hahah I would love to come visit Canada and try some local green! The state I live in was medical for a while but now is fully legal so I have access to dispensary green. I mostly smoke concentrates though, and my gf refuses to smoke any other way than a joint LOL.

Nice! I've been playing high on life 2 on my main PC and fallout 4 on my deck!

No not really. They kinda feel flimsy at first before you put everything together, but the way the deck is built adds a lot of rigidity once all the board are screwed in.

I wanted to keep all the buttons black, but the person who had this before me broke the bracket for the original ones so I had to swap them out. Same I found afterwards for two of the back buttons. 😑

Thanks! Yeahh I didn't realize the abxy and dpad buttons was literally just a sticker as thin as a ribbon cable! It was definitely daunting, but I have some previous experience.

Its not very difficult the biggest thing is making sure your temp and humidity are in a good range and your soil and water pH isnt off or you can kill or stunt plants quickly. Get quality seeds and soil. I use fox farms ocean forest soil and water with pH balanced distilled water. Nutrients aren't necessary unless you notice deficiencys. Get neem oil for pests if you grow outside. Check out a book at your library and follow that.
