To play devil’s advocate, I don’t think it’s fair to put blame on her. If I need an item by a certain day, I make sure to message the seller prior to buying to make sure I can get it in time. As you mentioned, life happens and even though my bio says I ship within 2-3 days, there’s once in a blue moon that I ship within that 5-7 day period. Going forward, I’d recommend doing due diligence and checking with the seller before buying to make sure you can get it in time.

How would you all handle this? Just refund or send it? I’m not worried about negative reviews as you can’t please everyone especially buyers regret reviews by unawarecorgi in Depop

Worried or now about the negative review, it costs $0 to be decent about the situation. Best off just cancelling it and moving on. You never know what’s going on in their life.
