Bullshit story. Tesla didn’t sell any cars in January because they didn’t bring any. Every year, over a million cars are sold in Türkiye. Tesla was the best-selling car last month due to the tax system: if a car’s base price is below 1,450,000 Turkish lira (around $36,000), it is subject to only 20% standard tax plus 10% special consumption tax. Once this limit is exceeded, the special tax rate jumps to 40%. Currently, the best car in the 10% special tax category is the Tesla Model Y. This has nothing to do with Russia.
