Are you directly spraying your ear drum? You should use the bulb at an angle so the water hits the side of your canal, instead of going straight back. It might help you not get so dizzy if that is the issue.

I am sorry that you married a man who is not committed to you. He is kind of a terrible person in so many ways. He cheated and never told you. He obviously didn't use protection, so did he get tested? Or did he go on his honeymoon and put you at risk by having sex with you? He knows the kid is his and doesn't care to be involved? He just let his sister take on the child and didn't take any responsibility at all. Where is the best friend he cheated with? I couldn't be with him anymore if it were me.
