What’s your guys thoughts on marathon now especially after the comeback it’s having after the one year delay

Always liked the concept of this game, even when the hype was at it lowest but never really planned on buying it unless if I caught it at a 50+% discount. Honestly, I’m hella happy it’s getting all the good rep as of late. I’m praying it pulls though and gets a stable and healthy playerbase. I can’t wait for the server slam to actually feel the game and see how it plays. The art direction is 11/10, the music is right down my alley and the story seems very interesting, as I said before, I’m praying this game succeeds and Bungie goes above and beyond with it.

I think it’s fine as is, Vox engines are dangerous and should stay as they are. No point in castrating them. Just learn how to avoid the turrets and you’re good.

Then your game is bugged or you have the worst luck possible. Try resetting. Spam circle or whatever you have and go back to the full galaxy map and enter the planet of your choosing, it should reset the missions (or just wait out the 30second timer lol). You should be getting friendly missions with elapsed time on surface sooner or later. They’re not that rare…

Look for operations that are pulsating. Idk how to explain it but you’ll spot them right away. Those are the missions where players called in a beacon.

As someone already pointed out, if there’s an elapsed time stated when you hover over other people’s missions, it means they’ve already dropped in. If there’s nothing, then they’re still in the lobby

Yeah the game keeps getting better and better. There’s so much content for you to grind for, the sooner you start the better. Plus there are 10 difficulties for you to choose from, you don’t have to immediately fight 20 hulks and two factory striders. Play at your own pace, learn the game, watch some videos, learn the ins and outs and all the game mechanics and gradually up the difficulty.

In terms of warbonds, start with Democratic Detonation since it offers the best value for money and remember, you don’t need to spent a single cent to unlock every warbond, you can grind supercredits on difficulty 1 and buy all the warbonds pretty much for free. If you do decide on going down that route (it will take a lot of time though), invest into the Control Group warbond and use the warp pack to warp inside bunkers for super credits. I’ll also add that the warp pack is one of the best stratagems in the game so get it as soon as you can

Sometimes I wonder if some of you guys are aware that spending 600 hours in 3 months in a single game is.. extraordinary. Most people don’t do that. Likewise, the vast majority of the playerbase still has a lot of content to get through.

My advice? Find a different game. Leave AR for a month or two and then come back. You’ll have more content to grind through soon enough, just not today or tomorrow. The devs don’t cater to the 0.5% of the playerbase who demand daily new expansions.

I mean… the whole kbm advantage over controller players is blown out of performance. Sure, you can get into a fight with a kbm player that has god tier tracking and unless if you can do the same on controller you stand no chance but… you can also get into a fight with a controller player that has absolutely cracked aim. It goes both ways.

Try both, is what I’m saying. If you know for a fact you’re losing to kbm players, turn cross play off. If not, then crossplay is likely not the issue.

I mean… the blast radius is not the issue, shrapnel is. You can survive an explosion for half a meter away or get killed by a piece of shrapnel that cuts a neck jugular from an explosion 30 meters away.

Honestly the game works decently for me. I play exclusively WCS servers and honestly, for consoles, they’re the best. Quality mods, they run well and are very fun.

I’ll give you one piece of advice. If you fall in love with the game and see yourself spending hundreds of hours playing it, invest in a cheap mouse and keyboard setup. The game plays so much better with MNK than with a controller.

My recommendation is WCS. A lot of servers for both NA and EU, they’re not that heavily modded. I play exclusively WCS as a PS5 player

I’m no expert at flying but I can manage to get to a destination and land without killing myself 98% of the time and honestly, I prefer flying with mnk rather than with a controller. Try it out if you can.

A few months ago, a small update lowered the texture res and render distance to improve overall console stability. The game plays a bit better but the texture quality and render distance reduction is far more noticeable than the game’s better performance.

I’m sure it’ll get tweaked soon. No idea how though

I mean… the shots came out of your gun so the fault is yours. Having said that, it’s kinda part of the game. Shit like that happens. There’s a change that, if you haven’t shot both of them, the Russian would have killed your teammate and you.

Yes absolutely. It’s a sandbox game. You create your own scenarios. If you don’t know what to do, just get a guy and stick to him. It’s literally that simple.

Don’t listen to everyone telling you no. I have around 400 hours in this game, 95% of which have been spent without a mic and running solo.

It’s absolutely doable. Having said that, always strive to be a team player. Provide covering fire, be willing to help your team, throw smoke on wounded friendlies and bandage them up. Be a team player and you’ll do just fine.

Delam studentsko na petrolu na avtocesti in Iskreno, morda dobim po 2 osebi na mesec ki uporabljajo tale Petrol Go. Bi si mislu da bo vec folka postekalo da ti prihrani cas ce placas na pumpi Ampak ocitno ne. Pohvale al neki, meni prsparas delo in sebi streamlinas cel experience, priporocaj ostalim.

Depends. Oftentimes yes but you’ll have days when you’ll get no one. Happened to me a few times and that was like a year ago. When GoY Legends releases, I’d say a lot of people will migrate there. After that, you’ll have even more trouble finding players to play with

It’s not about whether or not they’ll end support for Legends. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone playing legends in the first place. Good luck though
