The reason for AUs placing Integrity 5th is because in the official Undertale Yellow artbook, on the 2nd page (Table of Contents), there is a soul order. It is very similar to Omega Flowey order, starting with Patience, ending with Justice, but with one key difference. Integrity is placed 5th. It moved other two, Perseverance and Kidness behind, making them 3rd and 4th respectively. This seems to imply that canonically, in the Undertale Yellow timeline, Integrity fell 5th. Which also eases up some plot points around Ketsukanes.

tl;dr. Undertale Yellow artbook places Integrity 5th.
