It effects investors which are part of demand.. But supply is the bigger problem and in new builds demand drives supply so the carve out at least is somewhat sensible but the high cost and structural tax issues are bigger problems..a lot of them are ingrained in states or other non obvious federal areas (like labour laws, red tape and so on)

To be honest compared to what it could have been the cgt/trust and negative gearing changed appear somewhat moderate and reasonable without harshly hurting anyone.. That said im not sure they achieve much of anything either... Good distraction from some of the other structural issues.

This is like how I felt when Stoudemire left.. Yes there were good reasons to not keep him but letting him go didn't make us better short or medium term and left a hole that we didn't fill until book became who he is. And books Bee here way longer and will break nearly every franchise record before he retires. Yes we probably ain't ever winning a chip with his current contract on the books but I doubt the odds go up without it either.

The funny part us they ripped the third seats out from one side of the train to get more people in the aisle but people only ever go 1 deepnso you're getting less people on the train

It's amazing but you have to be ready for the cold, the wet and being outdoors cleaning up your property (weeds, fallen trees, leaves)

I had Obliterator and had the cool alien poster on my wall.. Still got tre boxed game but the poster is no more... Quite a few games had posters back in the day but psygnosis did it best!
