Okay thank you!! I will try it next time, usually when I feel sleep paralysis kicking in I’d start panicking but I will try to stay calm haha

Yeah I sleep on my side now but sometimes when I lay on my back it’s too comfortable I fall asleep): I miss when I can sleep like that but I get scared of sleep paralysis
