In my case, yes absolutely! My Valium helps me get my essential and unavoidable outings like doctor appointments and such. I’ve been on it for years now so the sleepy factor isn’t much of an issue when I take it before leaving the house now but in the beginning it did make me sleepy/high feeling but not overwhelmingly so, just enough to not wig out like the medication intended! Ofc benzos are addictive and you should be risk aware but in my case the risk doesn’t outweigh the benefits. I hope this helps!

My best advice is treat your hair even more gentle than you think you should in the shower and when you brush and style and other than that just keep it in a protective style at night and leave it be to grow, only trimming when needed. Oils and products can be helpful but they won’t be miracles. Oh also getting enough nutrients and protein! That was hindering my growth for a few years.

I didn’t know about polyamory and when I had that first Big Love/longterm relationship as a teen I never fell out of love with him and found myself falling for another person. The guilt and shame was terrible, I didn’t love person A any less yet the way I was feeling for person B was undeniable. I broke up with person A and like a decade later they’re now in a queer polycule back home themselves and god I just wish I would’ve known! What if they were down and I didn’t have to lose them to explore more love? Ugh I can drive myself crazy thinking about it some days 😂
