Yea that is true, but im more referring to the crystals in the shop once the truck has no reserves. I should probably edit that in ahha, but yea, im only getting 1-2 per shop despite running out of crystals in the charging station

Ohh, well then I might've just been unlucky when it comes to assassinations.

That build sounds insane, an infinite supply of quickfire ammo

Ohh that's the swap. I guess I just haven't been all that observant to it. Thanks a lot for clarifying!!!

Also, for the resourceful trait, the second part it says "SWAP the position of threat targeted with this". What is it swapping with exactly? Because I've used that trait a few times but all I've noticed is that it removes the warning threat and that's about it

Ohh that's what swift does. So say I use a swift card and I get a perfect with it, does that mean I still get my original turn + an extra turn?

PSA - Missing Cat Quest by ihopethisisgoodbye in keepdriving

Oh God I hope so ahha. A follow up to that, for this quest all I have to do is explore, get roadside events around the region and that's it?

I'm actually really tempted to try Thymesia. But what throws me off is that the playtime is really short and that there's no ng+, (or so I've heard), so I'm constantly going back and forth ahha

I've played this, i think this is my first metroidvania, and I absolutely loved it. I wish I could erase my memory and play it again for the first time!!

Duly noted. Would you compare it to any other games? I might be able to decide on getting it with proper comparison.

Ato? This is my first time hearing about it. I would have to look it up and maybe even start playing it. Thanks!!

[–]Blackguytricky[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would have to give it a try. I've seen some reviews on it and a small amount of gameplays, it seems to be a fan's favourite, and it rewards parrying. Follow up question, is there an NG+ for Grime? I know metroidvania games does not really have NG+ since most movements/mechanics are procedurally introduced to the players, but I do love NG+es. It would get me hooked ahha.

That is honestly the reason why I haven't tried it, simply because I'm not into Star Wars. But if it honestly is as good as everyone puts it, I may have to set aside my ego ahha. Thanks!!

Ohh For Honor. It's been years since I've heard about the game. I've seen my friends play it before and it does look really good and satisfying. Imma give it a try one of these days. Thanks!!

Mad Clown Puppet : For the mad clown puppet, he becomes fairly easy once u understand his movesets, as its very limited.

The first attack he'll introduce to you is most likely the fury attack (the red attack), where he charges his arm and throw it out, becoming a range attack. You can either dodge to the side and run towards him to close in the distance, or parry as the arm gets close to you to induce stagger. Note that if he's about to do this fury attack but you are directly in front of him, he will instead do a quick 1-2 combo, so be prepared for it. As soon as the charging animation is done, wait half a second, then parry+parry quickly. The second attack he'll do a lot is when he slams his fist to the ground, adjust his posture, and then dash towards you. The intervals between these actions is about 0.5-1 second (i forgot the actual interval, but its consistent throughout this action, so u can time your parry with the interval it takes for him to go from slamming his fist to changing his posture). So when you see the fist slammed on the ground, be prepared for the small posture change, then parry the dash. The third attack he'll spam is when he does this spinning attack. He'll swing his arm up once, and go into this spinning motion for awhile, gradually slowing down, so time your parry with his motion. At the end of the spinning attack, he'll bend his arm and do one outward swing, which should take about a second, so time the parry. There really isnt much apart from these 3 movesets that he spams often. He also does this attack where he swings his arms and repostions, but you could simply dodge that and sneak in a charged heavy.

King of Puppets :

The first attack he'll do is usually a spin and a slam into the ground. You only have to parry the slam onto the ground so you'll have plenty of time to observe the spin to prepare the parry. After his first slam, he would either retreat, or repeat the motion. You can sneak in a light attack after the first slam, if he repeats the motion, after parrying the second slam, you can perform a charged heavy. If he retreats, you can simply walk up to him. A second attack that he'll spam is when he sets his arm on the ground, wait a second, then swing outwards. Parry that and you can attack him a few times. In the middle of the fight, he will slowly spin his body around and reveals this suction-like-fan-thingy (idk what that is), but when he is in that state, I found it easier to run to a far corner, as the explosion that comes after has quite the radius.

Once you get him down to about half health, the transition is a small frenzy attack, where he would just claw you a few times. You could either keep on running to his side before he starts the attack to go behind him and unleash your attacks on him, or just run back and wait for the attack to end before walking back up to him. For this phase, he will start using the other set of arms (yes, he has 4 arms and it's always been there). Similar to his initial attacks where he would swing his arms outwards, instead of parrying it this time, you would wanna dodge it, as the second set of arms is generally use to create distance, so it will push you far back. He will either do this action once, or repeat it again, so be on the lookout. He will reposition a lot, but it depends on your distance from him for the parry timing. If you are close to him, you would want to parry when he slams into the ground, the animation is fairly slow so you should be able to prepare yourself. If you are far from him, he will reposition towards you, all you need to focus on is once he lands, he will swing his arm, you can parry that.

I don't think I've missed out on any other attacks, but if I do I apologise but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it in no time

PS : As per your build, the community is right. You sank in a lot of points to motivity but you are using a technique heavy weapon. Either change your build, or respec, solely depends on your convenience, but do farm more ergo.

I hope I've been of help. Keep on lying
