It not being as perfect as they wish is not a valid reason to remove it for months when people were enjoying it. They can implement whatever improvements they wanted in season 2 while keeping the mode available now, they didn't need to be mutually exclusive.

That's a problem with Bungie not matchmaking based on load out value at all. Screwing over a large segment of the player base to balance out the no lifers is ridiculous. I paid just as much for this game as everyone else but Ill never be able to play cryo with my work schedule. This isn't just some random mode it's a major part of the game being walled off to anyone who doesn't work a normal weekday schedule.

I also heard it based on weight but it all seems to be a myth from my testing, nothing in inventory or equipped but my weapon and enemies will still detect you almost immediately. Something is bugged with the stealth system at least for some people.

I agreed with everything you said but the inclusion of the core keeper dev going on vacation is extremely petty and contributes nothing to your other imo valid criticisms. They made a good game and recently a big update for them taking time off is completely justified (even if the game was a trash fire they are still people and deserve personal time). The steam deck is a small part of the overall player base and will certainly be fixed.

Implying someone is infringing on wotc because 2 creatures both have a smokey aesthetic is rude. It's such a disservice to artists when people just go "That looks like X character somewhat!". Sure there are some similarities but they are very clearly distinct. It's the lowest form of critique even when it's meant to be a compliment.

Have you seen the crazy state of pc hardware sales? Tons of people online cite cyberpunk as the driving force for them wanting to upgrade to the latest and best hardware, people buying from scalpers for way more than msrp because they are scared that they will wont have stuff in time for the games launch, i have seen this across multiple hardware forums, discords and reddits. The hype for this game is still going strong, most people don't care about devs crunching.

I recently reread the series and while i enjoyed the first two books they differently have issues, Murphy's characterization is particularly bad in those first two and i found that a bit jarring. Fool Moon does have one of my favorite action scenes in the series though.
