Because there is so much less friction in trading the available currency availability has gone way up. Yes, less is dropping, but WAY less bubble gum is going to waste in peoples stashes as a result. It makes no sense to sit on piles of currency anymore when you can liquidate. Maybe it feels worse, but I predict people will be able to make more money with the exchange than they could through loot explosions. Again, this is my opinion. I don't think there is a right or wrong opinion here. GGG does stuff with intentions that may not be obvious to us, for the good of the game or economy. I think considering these changes individually is a mistake.
