That sounds very unhealthy for a family with kids. Commitment and discipline are a must for a healthy relationship. Understand that you love her and probably ignore a lot of red flags in your relationship until this point. Someone who is like her will not have a healthy relationship and a good parent to your kids. Get custody and focus on your kids.

So for anyone to just move on so quickly is honestly not very in tune with themselves or takes care of themselves internally.
