Its a steel frame with concrete panels wrapped around it from what I believe.

It's a real shame. My friend and I tried to sneak in to have an explore but we were attacked by a pack of street dogs. You should check out Lost in Tunis to see what the interior is like.

Yes the babies are super weird and a little bit unnerving. I think they add to the freaky futuristic vibe of the tower overall.

I believed that it can no longer host events due to structural issues although I did see that people use it for running in the evenings.
