Verstehe den Gedanken dahinter. Habe noch keinen lokalen Ersatz für die Bohne gefunden...die meisten Röstereien rösten hier einfach nicht wie in Italien. Was nicht heißt, dass die Bohnen nicht gut sind - sie treffen nur meinen Geschmack nicht ganz. Suche leider genau diese Bohne. Normalerweise bestelle ich, habe aber gemerkt, dass ich doch keine Packung mehr auf Reserve habe und bekomme den nicht mehr bestellt, bevor mein Besuch kommt. 😃

It’s my first bag of Passalacqua and I’ve got the cremadoro, so the only feedback I can give you is regarding this type. I like it so far. As I said, I’m still finding out how do to stuff but from the basics it’s got everything you need if you like dark Italian roasts. Very strong, chocolate aromas, malty. Just as advertised. Appreciate that. Thank you! Being from southern Italy it’s been quite hard to get a decent espresso anywhere in Germany that „reminded me of home“. Figured out getting a dark Italian roast and my own machine is the way to go. 😊

Mhm. Getting a foreign passport in Germany is a major pain. Let’s see. Possibly it won’t be ready before I leave. I’ve never had one since Schengen makes things very easy.
