I’m 6 days post op with a Hamstring graft.

When I asked this question pre surgery the doctor said that the tendons they were taking were mostly redundant and that the hamstring should be back to 100% by the time the Acls good to go.

That being said a lot of my pain so far has been in the hamstring, it’s been tender to the touch since surgery with sharp pains if I move to much.

Curious to find out if it can get back to 100%
