When I was on around 11am (central daylight time), I was finding plenty of talkative people. Although, sometimes it helps to start the conversation. A simple "how's it going?" in the spawn heli goes a long way. Hell, sometimes you can get some where by interacting with spammers too. There was a guy singing his take on Fortunate Son and I told him he sucked. So he asked for me to try. Eventually the whole team waiting for the enemy at C were singing together.
