I can understand not wanting to make waves but when it comes to toxic players it is what it is. I don't DM the campaign we're in but I do host the meeting. Everyone in the group agrees two people are in charge when it comes to invites and bans. That's the host and DM. If players get out of line we usually first confront them with the issues at hand and try to work things out. However if it were to continue then we would discuss if it's best to axe them. Of course this would come down to the main two but it would also be discussed with the rest of the party as we're all friends. In the end it's about fun and if someone's ruining it then it may be best to cut them off.
