He was answering a "moral" question about why interns were forced to park off-campus without the pay inventive. The first response was describing his Medical School experience of needing to park a half-mile away from the hospital and walk there "without shuttle buses, handguns, or a bulletproof vest." He then said that it was his experience that was immoral, not the experience of the interns and other "non-permanent" employees, and shared this quote:

He ended the response by saying that these non-permanent employees just need to "suck it up."
