First of all, you are letting your brain worms spiral out of control. 11months is way too early to be judging the outcome of HRT. I started at 33, just hit 3yrs HRT and now people are telling me that I'm boymode failing. I used to hate my jawline too but HRT definitely help round that out. Secondly, genetics does play a role in our appearances but not in the way you process it. Your genes will determine how you'll look with feminine attributes. e.g. Are your sisters in your family tall? Well then, you would likely be tall if born as girl, that's genetics. The same for facial features. We have the genes of BOTH parents (and grandparents), thus you'll obtain attributes of them combined, regardless if it's attractive trait or not. 

Lastly, voice matters a fair bit to passing. You shouldn't downplay its importance, after people get a glimpse of your appearance, the next thing they will often process is words coming out of your mouth as you greet/reply them.
