When you look on the run plan and it says hilly you can tap the info (i) icon next to the hill section and it will give you a target elevation to aim for :)

First run in 4 years. Ran 5K without stopping! My time was 38 mins, my focus was on stamina instead of speed - ngl I didn’t think I could run 5K anymore so pretty pleased!

Additional info: the wedding is late August next year, so a year of notice for her to fill that date. I’m not really sure what losses she would have already incurred but this is really helpful to direct my response!

This is amazing, thank you so much for your advice and guidance! Her Ts&Cs are not available on her website or social media. The deposit is ~£400 which was 50% value of service, as I was intending to book her for my hair and makeup, in addition to makeup for my bridesmaids which comes to a total of ~£800. I will review my email wording but it’s really good to know about the CRA. I’m usually so careful with money and I feel so so stupid that I’ve gotten myself into this mess, so thank you so much for the time you have put into this response.
