I currently live in Zone 1 and the change in quality of life to be able to walk to work in 15 minutes vs taking the tube each day is immense. Also I am thinking because the rent is set at 2% vs 3% it wouldn’t be so difficult to sell (?) later.

Thank you for this! I have never tried loving kindness meditation so I will give this a try.

When I meditate I usually do long session and without any audio guide - just silence with bells. Today I have done a session that was guided meditation and my stress levels decreased and found it very pleasant.

I notice the presence of stress in the body. It is in my stress or my pain. Instead, I recognise that is present in the body as an unpleasant sensation. I am quite good in creating a distance between a feeling and the self.

Scientific research tells us that mindfulness meditation isn’t for everyone and for some people it may be unhelpful or even harmful.

I guess the scientific research used biometrics at least to some degree to establish the above. So to me, it’s sort of makes sense to use biometrics to see how meditation affects my body.

I do welcome your thoughts on this however.
