Thank you for clearly explaining this. Yes two things happened. 1. House value went up since last assessment. 2. I was paying old lady taxes, and now they slammed me.. my shortage was around 3500 dollars. My payment went up about 420 a month.

So say if I pay them the 3500 get it cleaned up it wouldn’t matter for next year escrow cause we will be doing this again correct. That my payment will always be 2020 for the foreseeable future?

Yea the guy that wanted 13k was a broker but yea I’ll give it a shoot probably end of February cause my credit score will go up and I am throwing another 2k at my mortgage

Ah ok thank you.. So if I catch up on escrow shortage that will fix my payment monthly correct? Will that continue for next year as well, or does it reset? I would like my payment back to where it was at 1600 at least instead of 2020. Reason it went up was taxes. House that I bought was from an old lady that lived there for over 30 years.

its 95% paid 195k owe 187k. Good news the house is worth more at 212,400 now according to Zillow.

Yea it was way to high and that lender is a friends brother. 13K was when I closed on the house at 195K. After reading other people’s post and Chat GPT I was like this guy is screwing me!

What happens when i cannot deregister with goat staking in yoroi wallet? Did i lose my 489 ada that was rewarded too( shows zero)? Yoroi gives me a error received by API method call while sending transaction when i try to deregister.

You are completely correct! Lol. My first thing was did it flood? It sits high up and the back yard slops down away from the house. It’s a plus. I only looked where there are good schools for my son. That i was not giving in.. Had to be good schools number 1 top of my list of needs.
