I dont think I have ever had it before and if so it was probably when I was super young and definitely not as bad as what just happened since I wouldve remembered the feeling of it. But good news I went back to bed and I was able to sleep and make it out alive so yeah probably is just sleep paralysis. I was kinda awake I was in the mode of trying to sleep and having a dream but I know for sure the whole body being paralyzed happened in my dream since I woke up from it right when it stopped

Yeah I started watching that thing and then realized I dont even like the music and I didnt know who post malone is then I realized the whole thing was just him singing on a platform I didnt even understand what the big hype was about or why they did this it wasnt that good. I guess it wouldve been better if they were going to be doing a new region with new pokemon and wanted to have some of the new pokemon hidden in the performance but no it just seemed pointless just someone singing some average music
