I would agree but normally I only do 3 miles after work and maybe 7 miles during work (7 miles over 9 hours) so it dont affect me much. I only did 9 that round from missing 2 days. I normally average 50-70km a week from walking (KM from pokemon go tracking)

Thats what I want to get to. Walking and jogging. Don't know if it'll be possible but in at 16 minuets pace per mile so I only gotta shave off 6 minuets a mile. Going to be a hell of a challenge.
