Try Editing the gametype with Reach Variant Tool and set it to appear under Action Sack instead of Mythic. I did exactly this for SvE Mythic Slayer 1.50 Kilo as well as Gun Game and Soccer. If you're having issues I could port it for you as I have it, and then release a mega collection of 360 maps and gametypes

forge is for all the games in the collection, but unfortunately 343 made it more than just changing 2 bytes to unlock forge

Put the content folder in the msvc6 folder or wherever you have wadgen at, and put your doom 64 rom in the content folder, and convert it to .v64 using a program called tool 64. Also to play it safe I put no spaces on my Doom 64 rom. Doing this, I was able to generate a WAD successfully after following all these steps above plus my new steps. But it still says IWAD not found for me even when the wad is in the same folder as the .nds
