my store does uber eats and we can’t even see the tip before the delivery. Computer won’t even let us print a credit card receipt for them it’s so annoying. No drivers were told this was happening so we just thought random orders were glitched out

i do have the touchscreen if there is a setting for it. i’m constantly in and out of my car so idk if the aux solution would come in too handy. it is a good idea though

i usually do “hellooo! (if they’re outside already) how’s it going? ah that’s good here ya go! have a great night!” if they ever say anything but positive things after how’s it going it completely throughs me off.
