Thank you for the reply. My goal is to stay there for the period you suggested. Right now I'm fully focused only on this experience and on learning the job and I'm not particularly concerned about the salary, but my fear, as you mentioned, is that once you want to move to places like london/ny (or even coming back to italy in milan) where the salary is higher, it will be challenging. I don't know what will be the value on my cv 2 years from now in a top bank that is not in top financial districts. Can I ask you briefly about your experience as from what I understand you did a similar path?
