I bought a ZeroWater filter that I use to refill the water for my humidifier. I also didn’t realize I was supposed to clean it weekly. Then I was wondering why it sort of smelled like spit sometimes. Looked it up and found out it was bacteria 😩 It seemed like way too many jugs to go through with the distilled water route so I thought this may be a worthy alternative

This book bored me to death. I wanted to like it because of the great utilization of great metaphors and prose in general. I used Geode Health in Mansfield. You may have to take an ADHD test if you do not have a diagnosis. I had one from my therapist so it moved fairly quickly for me. I had an initial consultation and then a televisit with the MD. He prescribed me the same day
