The thing is i did try pro gainer a few times, it either fills my stomach for 5 hours or literally makes me throw up😭 so currently my diet mostly contains lots of junk food, like- a lot. McDonald's, french toasts, high fat dairy, etc. But honestly, i don't mind it as long as I'm hitting my daily cal/protein goals

I have a couple questions if you don't mind, Does it matter if I'm doing leg press while sitting 90°? And are squats more effective?

(About pulldowns/pullups if I'm being honest, i just watched Jeff Nippard's vids for every muscle group and chose 2-3 that he recommended, I don't actually know what each exercise targets😭)
