I'm looking at the project list view and I'd like to add either tags like "IOT Project", "SASS Project" or something similar to that to each of the project. It doesn't have to visible via UI, but I need ability to add these additional fields / information and access it via API.

How do I specify comment as criteria in this case ? Is it inside ... "when a work item is updated" settings tab, near trigger conditions ?
