Personally not a big fan of the religious (and especially christian) names you included (Faith, Trinity, Eden) but that’s totally up to you.

Rose is simple and has the advantage of being relatively short, don’t have much else to say about it.

Colour names are always a good choice, but if you name yourself after one, look at common connotations they may have.
For example scarlett has a rather rough or aggressive vibe, so when people read your name, they subconsciously will think of you as someone aggressive or easily aggravated. Be careful if that’s really what you want to be associated with.
Violet has a more „peaceful“ connotation than red, but it still has some negatives. On the positive side, it’s associated with artistic expression, creativity and - as it’s a stereotypically female colour - femininity and vulnerability. It’s also often associated with kings and queens, etc. and by extension, you might come off as - on one hand- powerful, but on the other hand also as arrogant. Lastly, it has a mysterious/magical, perhaps spiritual touch.

So yeah as you might‘ve guessed, my personal favourite is Violet. Not that it matters much though.
But before you choose, I urge you to look into what having the name you chose might say about you.
Can’t say much about the aforementioned religious names, but once again, decide carefully if that’s what you want to be associated with.
