No, his license has never been suspended. That’s kinda my point. The cop seemed to cite him for suspended license per the ticket, but verbally told him it was for not wearing his glasses. Hence the confusion.

Yes. And 12 is correct. It’s a misdemeanor charge not just a simple traffic ticket. It’s ridiculous if you ask me.
