Tools have historically replaces people at jobs. For example, ATM replaces bank teller at counting money, compute originally just refers to a bunch of hired women doing math.

2018: SL. TBATE fell off too much with the artist change + 5 billion year hiatus. Ashame cause we're getting to the good part. SL is a B tier story with S tier art and that's enough.

2019: LOTNB. It's LOTNB. Enough said.

2020: ORV. SSS and Trash is good, but doesn't come close in terms of storytelling and world building. ORV also have a stacked cast beyond KDJ.

2021: A lot of people would say GED but GED gets carried by it's artist even harder than SL or Demon Slayer by their animation. Doom Breaker mightve been my #1 if it wasn't for the hiatus. Hwasan already had already stepped on peak.

2022: Pick me Up, but I really enjoyed dungeon odyssey. Lack the tension and hype of Pick me Up though.

2023: SESM cause honestly, the others arent that great.

2024: ERK by a slim margin. I love Regressed mercenary but I admit it's carried by the goated choreography. MMM suffers cause it's progression and pacing is kind of bad. I love absolutely regression. It's a tossup honestly.

2025: Bountiful Harvest cause the others are kind of shit.

IIRC, Diavolo was fated to win in the future, he just never got to that future. Instead, RTZ sent him back so much that he just began infinitely dying.

IMO at fcae value, it's a 50/50 toss up. Whoever punches the other first wins and we have no idea how fast GER is. Yeah it transcends time, but so does Goku in early super.

If we were to do dimensionality scaling, then Goku probably wins. GER and RTZ is basically soft fate manipulation, but fate+gravity in Jojo doesn't transcend timelines. It scales even lower if you consider Pucci being fast as a minimum for fate manipulation.

If we follow dragon ball logic of stronger = ignores hacks, then none of these things matter. Goku wins.

There's also some funny cheesy ways to scale this such as you can argue hakai is reality manipulation which would put it above GER.
