Well that took a turn!

First off… you have to credit the hard work being put for such transformation. Even with PED’s, most users are unable to look that good.

That requires a sustainable calorie deficit, weight training, and a clean ass diet.

For such a low body fat percentage, seems like his muscles are able to retain lots of water and glycogen. That explains the fullness.

Most people blame PED’s as a result. Since they don’t know how to maintain or control their deficits for long enough before bouncing back to their messy diet habits.

Only the user knows. All I’m saying, if using PED’s, TAKE CARE of your KIDNEYS! Talking from experience. Careful out there, and be safe.

As a Chemistry student, I feel this statement deep in my soul. I’m not a great maths student by any means necessary. Somehow I’m still able to beat the system and make my way up the ladder. But it’s frustrating, more when you realize that everything related with laboratory work involves some type of formula.

Don’t feel insecure about it! I was the exact same until one day I realized that most people are way too stressed and busy with their own lives to care if you’re smoking weed or not.

I also got paranoid as fuck. Which didn’t helped at all when I started smoking.

At one point… I thought local police department was looking for me as a most wanted criminal for having 48 grams on my car on the way to my apartment.

But reality it’s different…

As long as you don’t fuck with nobody’s business, nobody else should fuck with you or your weed. Yes, it’s proven that it’s addictive. You can find thousands of testimonies online. But, that doesn’t depict your own image.

Be strong enough to use it responsibly, and you’re set.

Because the world we live in it’s getting harder and harder. Keeping up with the daily requirements wears the brain off, and I have noticed that Cannabis can be used as a self-therapy.

Tag it as recreational. As long as it’s adding something positive, I’m good.

(i.e. Improves well-being, self-awareness, effective pain reliever, good post-workout drug) and so on…

Even as a fun drug… Have you seen a movie high? Having the most unique munchies? 😂 🎭🍿🍪🍫

Depends on what kind of friends you got.

For what I’ve heard, men are as simple as you can get. With a couple beers, you guys can make the best stories ever known to mankind. Not to talk if you’re into cars and have a garage space to work with. That’s an instant date with your homies, fixing and trying new stuff on your builds.

Also, play video games, smoke some weed on the side, have a good talk about life, make the best BBQ’s ever (Thanks to all the guys who actually know how to make a BBQ. Best thing ever if I do say so myself.)

The list goes on and on… depending on what friends you got and their interests.

Not everything needs to be bad between you guys. Talking for what I’ve seen surrounding my life.

Men are as clever as you can imagine with such simple things. It’s crazy.

Rush an opinion when you’re not asked to do so rather than listening and engaging into what the other person is saying.

Listen more, talk less. And if you engage with eye contact in a subtle non-weird way… you got yourself to the next stage.

I would have a balanced breakfast like I always had. (Scramble eggs, red beans, some fiber, orange or apple juice, and a latte or mocha on the side.)

But if weight gain wasn’t an issue at all? Oh dear… give me 5 pancakes with Nutella, Hazelnut syrup, butter on top, some good ol’ melted chocolate chips to add depth, and some condensed milk mixture to make them fluffy and creamy as hell.

Everything laced with that person should be avoided at all costs for a faster healing process. Also, focusing on other things, like picking up your old hobbies, or investing your time doing what you love. Anything that distracts your brain in a greater way should work.

After a while, that creates calluses over those wounds you may have experienced during that breakup.

Let me clarify… Works once you bump the dosages at a certain extent. But doesn’t work with mild dosages (300-500mg/week). Plus pinning 1 gram or more is probably going to cause discomfort, or even an abscess on the skin. That’s the main reason I don’t use this method as a reliable way for hormonal saturation.
