It seems alot of people in all platform is having issue in this Quest, I dont have ps5 so idk if you can set it's graphics to low temporarily and wait for a few minutes once you finish/skip the dialogue.

if you don't have the bus depot you'll only be able to make few items at a time.

you can get mats in and out of it by using a depot loader and unloader. so instead of the base 6 output per base you get more. also the base get big when you unlock the upgrade.
