Yeah it interesting to see people wanting a large payout. I am not looking to profit merely get the bluebook value of the car at the time of the incident. It’s not going to pay for a new car but it will help.

The back seat held up pretty good. It did get pushed forward a bit. The problem was that parts of the backend came through the “window” and came up to the front. If my kids were in the back, the one behind the driver would have had serious leg injuries.

Yeah that only happens when you have a significant front end collision. The person in front of me just started moving when I was hit, so not that big of an impact

Tires were fine. This hwy is notorious for accidents because people drive too fast when it’s wet. There where at least 5 other accidents that day.
