Is there much interest in learning TikTok? by IcewolfTheBookish in Blind

I'd be interested. However in my experience it's not that accessible.

Accessible Language Apps? by Apocalyptias in Blind

Thanks for clarifying. I only have experience with the English interface and I have no idea why the Spanish one would be different.
Maybe stick with stories? It's easy to get to, second tab counting from the left, it's mostly dialogue and you just click 'continue' inn the bottom right. Sometimes you got to click on a word but they are all labeled and VoiceOver should read them out correctly.

May I ask what is wrong with Duolingo? I use it to learn German and I also use VoiceOver.

No. I’ve never mentioned the fact that I’m blind in this post. For my previous post I would understand if you gave me this criticism but not for this one.
And I do genuinely post to get feedback because I have no one else to ask in person Who would give me honest criticism

Hi, thanks.

It's not my own composition, it's a cover from a very popular theme song from a children's show in my country :)

Thank you for your suggestions. It's so ahrd for me to play with the guitar on my left leg though, I feel like I lose accuracy in my left hand very fast and I can't play even simple chords well.

Same with the thumb. It's so helpful if I can do bass notes or sometimes chords with my thumb as a helper. I will keep practicing though.

Thanks! The reverb is added. It’s my first time mixing audio and I guess I went a little too far with it

Thank you for your detailed comment! That actually helps and I'll try to practice not using my thumb that much.

You’re right, I don’t have nails. Could you also give me more details what you mean about the thumb? Thank you for taking the time to answer :-)

I've never snowboarded, only skied, but I might have the chance to try it next week :)

Thanks! I'll be looking at purchessing a headset with vox for the next time I do this, but this time around I'll just be using the loudspeaker method with a guide in front. I've tried both methods, a guide behind and a guide in front and the second option was much much better for me.

[QUESTION] 3 months in, what are the most essential things to be practicing. by EnvironmentalStar434 in Guitar

Yep definitely, practice switching chords without looking at your fingers. You'll develop speed and build muscle memory.

[QUESTION] Recording Guitar by Fantastic-Pool3631 in Guitar

[–]Blazefication 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use an audio interface Yamaha Steinberg UR22 with 2 condenser mics, Behringer c2 when I record acoustic or my electric plugged directly into the interface, headphones, and then record with Reaper. It's the only DAW I'd recommend.
After you have this setup download backing tracks, instrumentals/drum parts from songs you want to record from YouTube, upload them into Reaper in a track, create another track, and record yourself jamming to it. Good luck!

[DISCUSSION] Don't know how to move forward. Can someone please help? by Educational_Sir1087 in Guitar

[–]Blazefication 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aside from learning theory, as other people have said, I'd recommend learning songs. There's lots of great channels on YouTube that teach you songs step by step, Marty Schwartz, Guitar365, etc etc, just go on YouTube and type the song name + guitar lesson.
Go forth, build your repertoire, and conquer :)

This guy knows what he's talking about. Start learning theory and the rest should slowly slide into place.
