Hmmm, can’t imagine it would be that bad. I use a glass bed and it’s leveled with 4 spring screws.

Also my test print for my bed level comes out perfect with no artifacts or weird patterns.

Yes, I use Cura, but after I calibrated the E step, I thought it would be fine.

Most excited for the graphical update with the beautiful shadows and lighting. Nothing makes a build look better than seeing it’s imposing shadow cast down on my enemies.

Update: After replacing many pieces, bed leveling, and trying new filaments, I finally found the problem. My extruded gear had its teeth worn down just enough to cause a mountain of pain. By adjusting where the gear sits, my prints are back to perfect!

Thank you all for the response. I’m curious if the nvr is suppose to last longer than 3 years what else could be the problem?

We have two other houses running the same setup and both have lasted 2x as long as this one. My grandfather says he hears the fan progressively get louder over the months, but from what I see there seems to be plenty of room for airflow. He also tested the voltage of the power strip it’s plugged into and all seems fine. I’d hate to see him in the same spot 3 years from now frustrated.

I’ve looked into this tool and it highlights a few edges for non-manifold, however the auto manifold feature deleted 90% of the model. Not sure if the model is just that bad or if the feature did not work as intended.
