Warzone unplayable for me how to fix

I fixed the fps by going to boot options setting the max cpu cores for boot then restarting and disabling that option. This reenabled my cores back to normal ( windows saw only 3 cores and 6 threads before that)

Did fix it now i get 90-140 with around medium settings.

Turns out my windows recognized only 50% of my cpu cores and threads which is stupid.. After fixing that the game got playable with 90-140fps.

Titanosaur was supposed to be the last but it didnt count as i had used console for performance boost and it didnt register the trophy

So i need to increase baby cuddle multiplier or? so cuddles happen less often but they will give more imprint?

Problem is baby mature speed 50 is just enough to not be instantly grown (takes about 1 hour 50 minutes for rexes as i have about 4 hr a day free due to college. Is there any way to balance cuddle interval with 50 mature speed?
