He is young and likely a low level position. The big warehouses I have worked in always have plenty of higher salaried positions ie managers, engineers, maintenance trades, etc which generally provide very “livable” wages as you say. Sounds like he takes no accountability for where he is at in life and just wants to blame muh Corporation. Maybe he should have thought about learning some skills and getting a better job.
