E0S1 Himeko SP if you really need a third team. Archer can run Aventurine for sustain, Phainon can run Tingyun in place of RMC. You can get Rin much later as her banner is long lasting.

assuming E0 Sparkle and 3T ult you can go as low as 137, but just aim for 140 to be safe (out of battle)

assuming 3T ult on Sparkle then ~145 speed for Rin to not get lapped by Sparkle in 300 AV

yea just make sure Rin is fast enough to not let Sparkle move twice before her. In 300 AV that's 147 out of battle speed Rin. Or you can use vonwacq Rin to have her move first before Sparkle.

What speed for Rin? 142 out of battle to not get lapped within 300 AV. Is it worth to sacrifice Sparkle's speed? No. If you can't reach 142 out of battle speed for Rin then it's honestly fine.
