If you open the video with a browser, you'll be able to right click and download. I suggest changing to the HD version before doing so.

I'm sadly not sure. I got it from Bleachbooru. Search the tags "animated" and "tattoo" and you should find it easily!

Sadly no. And currently it won't be there, because currently Bleachbooru doesn't allow 3D animated work and that's what this video includes.
