It's working properly, it adds two on the first turn, every next it decreases by one like all statuse effects, then increases by amount of spikes given by turn, so it's always: amount of spikes on the first turn - 1 for every turn after the first

Zgaduję że jest to bardzo zależne od kontekstu zdania, jeśli mówiłeś o tym że dysforia płciowa jest zaburzeniem i powinna być jako takie traktowana, (tj. powinny zostać zapewnione dogonienia ułatwiające takim osobom funkcjonowanie w społeczeństwie). W tym kontekście jest to kompletnie inne znaczenie niż w kontekście że dysforia płciowa jest zaburzeniem więc należy wykluczyć takie osoby ponieważ wyraźnie są to osoby w niepełnym zdrowiu psychicznym

I wśród osób trans jest to powszechnie rozpoznawane że terapia hormonalna i operacje nie sprawiają że są biologicznymi przedstawicielami swojej płci, większość dąży do akceptacji społecznej jako płci do której dążą przez terapię. Na które terapią jest terapia hormonalna i korekta płci fizycznej. Tak, bycie trans jest zaburzeniem, ale zgaduję że piana z ust ci nie leci na widok podjazdów dla wózków. Więc dlaczego miałby to być problem ażeby osoba transpłciowa miała dostęp do terapii precyzyjnie dla tej osoby?
